Hello Catsarecool, I am so sorry that depression is making your life very difficult at the moment. It is so good at making a person feel so bad even when they are feeling low. You are tense and animals, pick up on that. Dont be so hard on yourself, treat yourself right, forgive yourself for not being able to concentrate. Tomorrow is a new day, and hopefull things will seem brighter. Best wishes to you.

Hi Catsarecool--

Ugh. What a day you are having! If you crawl into a big dark cave will you bring some cats with you for company? Dogs are loyal and I bet yours would want to come, too, even if you two aren't connecting as you usually do.

I'm sorry that you're feeling stupid and useless. Some days my depression symptoms are worse than others and things just pile on top of each other (especially if my sleeping or eating has been poorly tended to.) Though I break things all of the time just due to being a klutz

Can you take a hour or two and not read, drive, practice guitar or work? Just watch a movie or similar? Have a snack? Get a good nights sleep? Getting away from what is driving me most bonkers also helps.
Thanks for this!
