I dunno -- plenty of people love me, but I still hate myself. I suspect that's where you really have to start.

Hi, we all need help sometimes, or in some cases all the time. And yes, someone to love you and someone for you to love would be great. I try all the time to find love, with my wife, but somehow it is just eluding me., so see - I don't know if there is an answer or if we just have to keep on taking chances.

Often times people do love you but you can't accept it or trust it. Do you have a hard time trusting people? I know I do & even though some people say they love me I question it all the time & test them sometimes (or used to until I got on meds!) with outrageous behavior to see if they will STILL profess to love me. That's no way to live. I'm trying to learn trust & as a previous poster said, a lot of it has to do with how you feel about yourself. Take care.--Suzy

I really do have a prob trusting people., I feel so used up all the time., but I keep trying. Thanks for the input.

Do you love yourself? You need to love yourself before you can expect someone else to love you. It's a tricky situation. Good luck, Linda
