have spent some serious time at the very bottom of the black hole recently , desperately trying climb out now with some new help and yet more new meds ,feeling physically dreadfull to ,not sure if it is all med changes or just my body telling me to take better care of it !!!! sending big hugs to anyone else who is struggling right now,

why is it docs always think because you hit rock bottom that you need more drugs that take upwards of 3 to 6 weeks to make a difference. Maybe you just needed some counseling through this rock bottom...

No how you feel. I spend most of my time depressed, it just depends to what degree. What I'm on now has me at a moderate level, which is better than it was. Thanks to new meds. Rock bottom is no fun, been there. I hope being here helps you as much as it does me.

hey thanks for this :-D new meds are what I needed as have been getting worse for months ,and have been having counceling for months too

hey thanks ,being here does help most of the time but sometimes I can't even bring myself to plug the dam computer in !!
