This article spoke to me, terrified me and made me cry. It hits really close to home since I live in a military community and I cannot tell you how many spouses and children I know that suffer under the strain of deployments. Or how often I have been told that I need to be a good military wife, put the mission first, keep my feelings to myself and support the unit. If my husband has to worry about me then he can't keep his mind on the mission.

Wow. I'm ashamed that I never grasped the entirity of the struggle in such a way. The pressure that is on (you) military families is unreal. Thank you for posting the article.
