PSEG - utility company - removed all of the money from my bank account. Money stuff is what triggers me.

I don't have the energy, strength, brain-power to do anything. There's no help.

I give up.

Money issues are my biggest trigger too. Didn't you get robbed too?

I agree. Money issues are one of my biggest triggers, and add alot of Anxiety to my days. Constant worry over expenses and lack of funds is what causes me stress, forcing me to take anti-anxiety medication on a regular basis.

I am very stressed out about money issues as well, but I have found that we have a power to change things. Have you ever seen or read Rhonda Byrne's "The Secret"? The author of "Chicken Soup for the Soul" talks about his money struggles and how he started visualizing and believing he was going to make a million dollars with his writing. And he did. I like the idea that we can change our reality with our thoughts

Hang in there and good luck!

I have serious triggers about money, so much so I've never learned how to balance a checkbook. I'm one of those who asks, how can I be out of money if I still have checks?
If I understood correctly the power company took your money and shut the power off? I know exactly how you feel, because I'm going through an eviction and it takes an act of god to take one step. Where I live, there is a group called Catholic Charities, they help you with just about anything including money. Give them a call, tell them your story, they may be able to restore power for you and help you figure out the money problem. Counties and cities also have assistance offices. If you are like me, you would rather not talk to them. I do a lot of Internet research and emailing. The email is two fold, one I don't have to face the person, and I have a record of what I said. In these states I don't remember much and emails help me document the events.
Good luck!
