Still dealing with my heartbreaker. The more I tried to reason with him the more he pushes me away. Why can't I understand that he doesn't love me. He told me I don't love you. Why I still hold on. Is so painful. I can't stop crying and trying to call him. I can't let go. This is so exsousting.

Breakups are hard. Our brains experience a real chemical withdrawl when we lose someone. So the pain is real.

I hope it gets better soon. You are in a tough spot. Please take care of yourself.

This is tough...I think it takes a while before logic trumps emotion.

My number one recommendation is no contact. NONE. Block his number from your phone.
Focus on YOU instead.
