Spending time outside of the house should help
Hope it won't be as bad as it seems...

I don't know about you, but I always feel better when I'm around people... be it in a library or a cafe... So maybe if you're considering reading a book, read it in a library... If you're after some tea and pastry, don't do it at home, go to a cafe. (Unless you get very anxious amongst people, which is totally understandable.)

I'm alone Monday through Friday typically. I spend almost all of my time on the internet. I'm an addict. I admit it. PC, YouTube, Upload Society... & other sites. Sometimes I think I should really try to do something else. But, hey, it's keeping me alive... so it can't be all bad!

I feel better when I get out of the house. Very important. the more time I spend indoors, the worse I feel. Take a Walk, or like Melinae said, go to the Library and read or go have a coffee/pastry, but get out of the house.
