Hello, i have major depression. I call the meds im on now a cocktail. I take 375 effexor, 425 lamactil, and 300 wellbutrin.

Those are high doses. You have probably maxxed out on upping your doses.

Recovering Alcoholic and Addict
Possibly on low end of bi polar spectrum...trying to decide.

Male, 50

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back

If you have maxed, out one or more of your meds has pooped out and can be changed.
I'm on Wellbutrin, Effexor, Remeron, Xanax, Sonata and Adderall, I'm in the midst of another depressive episode so my pdoc is working on my meds.
