Does anyone else feel like they are crazy? Sometimes I feel completely insane.Sometimes I wonder if all my problems are just in my head. then i think well obviously i have a problem or i wouldnt be like this in the first place. I dont know I just hate feeling so lost. I hate that some days I feel good and happy then not to long after I feel like dieing again. I hate it so much. Why me.

You're not crazy. My friends get mad at me when I call myself crazy. And I realized later that it's because you are putting unfair judgement on yourself. And besides...crazy is a relative term. We are ALL crazy to some degree.
Depression just does that though. It makes you feel like you're not worth anything and that life is not worth living because of it. But stay strong, my friend. Life IS worth living.

I feel like I am insane at the moment, yes, so I know the feeling.
I hope you do feel better soon and things get better for you. It breaks my heart seeing people suffer. Hang in there, people here do care about you. Hugs

Good question. It is a very hard thing to accept. But eventually accept it we must. I was very angry for a long time and often asked the "Why me." question.

I was angry that something was "wrong" with me and no one else. Of course this is not true. Plenty of people have something wrong with them. Mental illness, cancer, the death of a child....you name it.

No one knows the answer to "Why me?"
