Glad you found PC. Check out the forums for posts that interest you and read and post. There are a lot of supportive, helpful people in the forums. We also have games if you want to get you mind off other things.

thank you so much i try really hard to be there for you guys but dont feel much like i am sometimes so that is good to hear. pinned all my hopes on latest med change wrongly it seems dont know if im loosing hope or being impatient but i do know that this has gone on far to long and i am running out of fight !!!p.s lala land sounds good are there kittens too ?

Sometimes I laugh or joke about stuff that's serious but dont mean too it kind off a coping mechanism,but can seem like its inappropriate or I am taking things lightly when im not !! Does that make any sense ? !!!

That makes sense, and I think a lot of us do it, especially online. It is harder to discern how things are meant to be taken. You're fine.
