I'm feeling as though I'm trapped in a small space, and the walls are closing in and the air is letting out. There is so much pressure coming from every direction that I don't know what to attack first and even if I did know, I don't know what to do about anything.

And so I procrastinate and end up not tackling anything. Which just adds to the stress and pressure.

Fissures are starting to open up and there is an impending explosion. I can often bend well, but today, it just feels like I'm going to break.

I can relate to what you are saying. Esp the procrastinating. I can't seem to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Feels very tight and confining. Try and do one small thing at a time. Don't overwhelm yr self. I hope yr day gets better. Hugs

Possible Approach: When overwhelmed, don't even try to be efficient. Do any little thing.

Thanks to both of you. Nothing seems to be little enough to tackle! But likely that's just my overwhelmed mind telling me untruths.

I'm forcing myself to prioritize at work, but the other stuff in life is still all over the place.
