Sleep is being elusive tonight. Since I was awake I set up a little used netbook I picked up. New OS and all set up the way I like. Hope to use it so I can write a bit out and about.

Need sleep bad. Took myself a hot shower hoping it will help. Now a cool wet rag and meditation radio on Pandora.

What do you do to try to help you sleep?
