So frustrating... I'm visiting my parents and actually thought I was doing better, but have been getting horrible stomaches... Why can't I just be fully 'normal'? Don't feel happy even though I am close to pple I love (even though they drive me nuts a lot).

Body releases a host of chemicals when you are stressed out.

it actually is my internal sign that things aren't ok.
Want them to be - feeling neglected by guy I am dating -he barely calls since he would have to pay long distance - or at least that's why I think he's not calling! Feel I will NEVER find anyone to be with who will really care about me... My sister did - why can't I?

breathe.............our life "stuff" works at different times for each and every one of us. when you least expect it, someone will appear that was just made for you.....perhaps more time with this boyfriend will either prove that or you'll move on.

i'm sorry that you aren't enjoying your holiday. i'll keep you in my thoughts........xoxoxo pat

Whew..

lonely and longing...
I remember feeling that way for a long time. I personally garuntee that this will not go on forever. You crave that connection with another that will make you feel complete and "taken care of." It is the hardest stretch to attempt to find it within yourself. (ultimately, Believe it or Not, that's where it is.)

Small comfort, I know, when you are feeling blue and wanting.

...but it will transpire. It will come to pass. It will take place. It will materialize.

Be patient and don't chase it down. Sometimes when you stop trying so hard to find it and you focus on the "business of life" it finds you.

You are stronger than you now know never better even when I think I am

Peace and Strength to You.
