OMG I've been having a hard time getting through life lately, especially in the morning. Haven't posted here for awhile, but needed to write down how having screaming loud tinnitus, a blood clot in my leg, and clinical depression is making it oh so hard to get up and go to work. Not to mention being happy. I miss being my old self, but circumstances with extreme stress caused all of the above symptoms last summer. OK, I'll quit ranting now - thanks to whomever's reading!

I'm so sorry yr struggling right now. It must be really hard to be having physical issues while being depressed. Yr not ranting at all. I'm glad you came back cause we're always here to support you. I miss my old self too but I haven't seen her inn a really long time. Since I was correctly diagnosed in 2004 I've only seen my old self a few times. Stress exasperates our symptoms. When I work too much I become so full of anxiety and depression is debilitating. That's probably what's happening with you. I can only work pt cause I can't handle anymore. I got on ssd about 8 years ago and that helps so much. I hope yr blood clot goes away. That must be very scarey. Come here anytime! We care. Try and take good care of yr self. Eat good foods. Drink lots of water and try to go for walks if yr allowed to with yr leg. Are you taking medication? Maybe you need something to help else to help you during these times of stress. I don't know if I helped you but I'm here to give you support. Take care of you. Give yr self a break.
