I hate working out. My brain is constantly buzzing and I get bored and quit. i have tried running, yoga, walking etc.
As part of my husbands job with the military he is a combabtives instructor. I asked him to start teaching me to knife and fistfighting

It has only been 2 days and I am sore and bruised, but for one I feel good. I mean really really goood. It does not last but it is nice.

That's great! Sounds like a fun thing to do with your husband too. Keep it up! I've spent a couple of weeks trying to convince myself to go out for a run but no luck so far. Hope you can stick to it.
Thanks for this!
