I am in the same boat. I had an illness but also severe depression and anxiety. I have lost 10 lbs and I am having a hard time putting it back on. I am getting a refferal to a nutritionist through my GP so I can get back to a healthy weight.

When I feel really bad I can't preform basic self care such as shower, feed myself, or exercise. I am not sure if it would help but maybe getting a nutritionist on board will help for you as well. Help you portion out calories for what you need in order to maintain and maube even gain weight.

I know what you mean I've been losing weight too, unintentionally. Depression just sets in and all of a sudden things like feeding yourself get put on the back burner.
But you are SO MUCH MORE than just a bag of bones!! You are a beautiful human being, and you matter!!
