Bad bad recipe.
But, the thing that has surprised me the most is the weight loss. I have dealt with MDD for years and had many major depressive episodes that usually landed me in the hospital. But never through it all have I ever unintentionally lost weight.....until now. What is this?? I love food! ![]() It's just, I'm crawling through my life right now. No energy. No fun. No friends. No one understands! ![]() ![]()

The weight loss thing can be really scary. I started keeping nutrient dense food stashed every where. Eating a handful of trail mix feels less daunting than having to make a meal. It helped stop the free fall.

There is protein drinks too, they are an easy alternative too. If you get the one with caps on them you don't have to finish it all in one go.
