My depression was pretty rough last week.

Friday - Sunday were pretty good.

This week has been not so good (again). And the last two days I have felt a bit dizzy. My head feels "pressure". Almost like that nasty feeling you have when you drink way too much and are about to puke. But it is almost all the time.

I think I remember feeling like this after I did most of my overdoses too.

Anyone else have similar feelings? Does anything help?

I had a headache over the weekend that would not go away and have been having some dizzy spells as well. Not sure what is causing it. My meds haven't been changed and neither of my medical doctors seem to be bother about it. I don't know why it happened. Since Monday the headache has been gone but still having some dizziness. Sorry I don't have any solutions, but you aren't alone.

Dizziness and fuzziness is common....though i obviously have no solutions as to how to remedy it....the only thing i found that helped is sleeping (or trying to) si and time. And also obviously taking a LOT of ibuprofin and acetominophin.
