Flying to CA tomorrow. Then going to work on my car and drive it back to Michigan with my daughter. I am getting some anxiety over it. I am worried my car will break down as it has 190,000 miles on it. I can fix it up the best I can then it is just go for it and hope it doesn't break down. Luckily I am doing good on my new meds or no way I could do it.

So I am asking everyone to pray, throw mojo, throw down chicken bones, whatever you do, for the old grey ghost (my car). Thanks.

Crap i am getting major anxiety. It used to be so easy.
I seem to have crashed from my hypomania so I am really tired.
I totally messed up over last weekend and took double my Fetzima for three days and no zocor for three days. Somehow I got things messed up.
That may have a lot to do with how I am feeling. It is thursday so I think it should have settled down by now.

You are flying today right? Can you take some calming tea and use that to practice a mindful state? There's always a Starbucks in the airport if you are en route. Tea is good because it's hot and you can hold it with both hands. It touches 3 senses. Did you bring your meditation mp3s? Don't I often see iPhone in your sig? I usually have some podcasts downloaded.

This might cheer you up. If he doesn't show up at your airport (one can only hope) you can watch on your phone.

I would like to know how people can stand there and not be tapping their foot! The one guy with gum totally wanted to. I can just tell. You only live once. Tap your darn feet

Thanks all. In Detroit waiting to board to LA. I took my later dose of klonopin now. Maybe I can sleep. Dang middle seat of middle row on long flight. I hate it.

Enjoy the journey. Fingers crossed for the grey ghost, and cars are so much better than they used to be, 190k is nothing these days.

Me... Had the middle seat on one of the really big international flights. The lights were broken so the fluorescent ones had to be left on for the entire 12 hour flight. Then in the center was a whole class of teenage karate kids with a ton of energy. They ran out of the eye covers. And you know what podcasts I brought? A show about sleep! Kid you not.

Seriously, cheer up. It'll be sunny in Cali and warm across the west for the next week.

Made it to CA. At my daughters. Now stressing about my car. Over heating for some reason. Not like back in the day when you just replace thermostat, could be a number of things I guess.
