I started going to Avita, our local MH center. I am so relieved about many of my fears being took away about opening up to strangers, etc. I go see my counselor and an MD on Monday. I still have my bad days, but I'm doing much better.

Counseling and medical attention - excellent! I'm glad to hear you are getting both.

May your situation continue to improve.

Well its good to get help. For me it was the hardest step to admit I had a problem and that I needed help. Once you overcome that obstacle, you can only get better. Wishing you well.

Once I got over that obstacle I felt a huge sense of relief and had hope. Somehow just taking some positive action to get help or help yourself instills hope.
