My head feels completely empty. I have all these feelings but no way of putting them into words.
On the up side. The docs are done treating me like a pincushion. |

Hugs to you. Why are they treating you like a pincushion? (Sorry I'm newer and I may not know the backstory to that if you mentioned it before). Have you tried maybe drawing or pictures to put your feelings onto paper and get them out of your head? Sometimes that is easier than say journaling or complete sentences.

Hi, Curupira.
I'm pretty new here, but... In addition to what Maddnessreturns said, have you tried learning an instrument? Sometimes the best way to describe what you feel and what you're thinking is without speaking, just let if flow away... |

Madness: no problem, I have been having some medical issues for a little over a year. I had to have emergency surgery, which triggered a relapse into depression with an addition of anxiety and PTSD. Add in weight loss, anemia, inability to gain weight, inability to eat, and fun heart issues.
The doctors are trying to figure out how much of it is in my head and how much of it is physical. So... Lots of blood tests, ct scans, echos, stress tests and visits to specialist. Happy fun time! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
