My heart just aches for all who are suffering from the terrible grips of depression. I just want to tell you all you will get through this! Don't give up fighting! You are WORTH it! You are LOVED! You are ENOUGH! Please don't be afraid to seek help. Speak out, for YOU are NOT alone.

Good to see you GenCat. I am assuming you are doing better because you have not been around and you are here to inspire us. I am so very glad if you are doing better.

Thanks GenCat. My depression is pretty bad, but I keep putting one foot in front of the other. What more can I do?

I have been doing great! My life is a mess, but my emotional health is good.

Im always smiling when i wake up in the morning, even if i don't want to. When the face muscles smile, it tricks ones brains into thinking its happy, so you will feel happier, even if you don't feel like it right then. If that makes sense. Im always here if you need to talk. Just pm me.

I've also read that smiling is good for heart health. Glad you are doing so well.
