I know many of us, here on PC, struggle with isolation. For some of us it becomes almost paralyzing. California therapist, Kati Morton, recently uploaded a video onto YouTube regarding this topic. Here is the link:

I am currently adrift on a big sea.

I deal with isolating by isolating. I will have to watch the video.

Possibly on low end of bi polar spectrum...trying to decide.

Male, 50

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
