I just feel like giving up, I have no purpose in life. I really just wish I was dead. Haven't SI'd in almost 6 months but having strong urges to do so now.

Hello, Blue_Bird. What you are doing is not working. Have you identified what is causing or contributing to the way you feel? What might you do to ameliorate the negatives in your life? Are you willing to change?
If, as you indicate, you are lost and cannot address the changes required for a better life, is professional help an option? |

I sympathize with you. I gave up a long time ago. My doctor's just keep at a level that I don't hurt myself. It's been years since I SI'd but still have urges now and then. Hope you get better.
