I just... Really want to kill myself. I'm really considering it. I've never had such strong urges. I don't know if I can make it to tomorrow.

I can't go to a hospital. I'm out of the county. I don't know what to do.

Fox and Hound, please hang in there. Call a crisis hotline. Find the nearest hospital. Keep posting to us. Find someone close by that you can trust to talk to you and be with you. I care about you. You are in my prayers. Hugs and love to you. You are not alone.
Thanks for this!

If there is a hospital where you are go there. Keep talking to us. Is there anything you have near you that you can distract yourself with? Any music to listen to. You are a wonderful worthwhile person with a purpose. Hang in there as best you can my friend.
Thanks for this!

Fox and Hound I don't know where you are tonight. I don't know if you are in a place that's safe to go out at night. I don't know the circumstance. But I know you are a good person who has offered support to many people on pc. If there would be anything I can do to support you I will. I am here for you now. I am praying for you. Take some deep breaths. Let this painful time pass. I am here with you and I care about you. Take care.

I'm not sure. It's late here... & I'm not sure what they'd do. I'm currently in Quito, Ecudor. I don't know how far away one is.

Yeah, I wouldn't know anything about Ecuador. I am a boring person. The farthest from the US I ever traveled was to the Bahamas for vacation. That was back in the good old days. No fancy vacations for me now, I don't have the money. Of course you don't sound like you are on a vacation. When do you come back to the states, or home wherever that is?

:I don't know your religious beliefs so I don't want to infringe. I'm having trouble sleeping myself. I found a good Bible verse. I can forward it to you if you wish, but I won't without your permission because I don't know your views or leanings. I find that my faith is sometimes the only thing that helps get me by with this depression.

Sure. You can send it. It doesn't help much anymore. I wish it did.

I'm tempted to jump out the window... It seems like such a relief to be gone

Okay, here's the verse Romans 8:35 - 39. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Thanks for this!

Just seemed odd! I didnt know if you were working for Fords or an oil company or what. I just saw a movie about people moving to the galapagos in the 1930's. What island were you on?

Gee whiz, we all thought you were in the oil industry. Just kidding. Find something to distract yourself with. Maybe some good music, something. I suppose you are hesitant to talk to the people you are with about your situation. I can understand, but then again, they may be supportive. It took everything I could muster to tell my husband that I went to see a pdoc for depression. But after he got over the shock, he was supportive. Hang in there and stay safe. (Meaning don't hang out the window.)

It was an awesome movie. People moved there to be ALONE, then another family would move to the island and the first family would get all mad. People that visit say oh this is paradise, and the people living there are like, yeah sure if you say so. Its a current movie, you should check it out when you get back. You might recognize places. I dont go to a lot of movies, this is weird! It was just a couple of weeks ago. I think the governor lived on Santa Cruz so it was more populous. They showed the people that built a hotel on the other islands.

Dear Little Brave Fox,

Were you all diving and/or snorkeling a lot there, Fox?
If so, what sorts of fish and sea creatures did you see?
I hope that you haven't become sunburned!
I recall snorkeling off the coast of Thailand long ago.
I did coverup with a tee shirt while in the water, but oh wow, the backs of my legs got so burned!

Where are you now, Fox? Are you at a hotel?
Are you alone or with friends?
Keep us posted, sweetie.
Keep safe.
You are worth it, Fox, dear.

And here's a big hug from everyone here on PC who loves you but may not be online.
Hugs from:

When I go on vacations and I have a lot of time to think.... I get really depressed and sad.
It gets scary because I can't text people who support me cause I don't have internet access at times. I try to listen to music and I keep telling myself that the thoughts in my head are not true and distorted.
Hang in there.
Thanks for this!
