you left all alone
heartbroken

feeling surrounded by:
sadness
despair
hatred
skepticism
deppression
fears

you don't sleep well or having sleepless nights
you dont have an appetite so you eat less than you should
you are not interested in anything anymore
you don't have motivation for any thing
you feel invisible and no matter where you will go-
or whatever you will do to change it

Hugs from:

I feel the same way you do. The first step you should take is to seek help, whether from friends or family. Or seek professional help, or call a hotline.

Now if only I had the energy to follow my own recommendations

I would try to reach out for help. Do you have a therapist? If not it may be something to look into

I would try watching something silly on TV. Going and volunteering to help someone else that needs help sometimes helps to make your problems not seem so bad. Anything that helps take your mind off of your problems. And Blue Bird is right...Can you go see a therapist or doctor? Sending good thoughts your way!

i didn't have good experiences when i tried to get help so now it's harder because i always think what will others think or say to me so this thoughts makes me prefer to keep it all inside
it might not be the best thing to do in my situation right now but i feel like people that is or were around me,didn't leave me any other choice

Hello, purehoney24. Your well-being is the top priority. Please to not allow others to define you.

If you will not seek professional help, I advise you to post at: Self-Help Ideas and Goal Setting - Forums at Psych Central
