I'm new here. Not sure this is the right place for me but there isn't really one. I have suffered with depression, currently 'in remission'. Wanted to give something to others as forums have helped me through the darkest days. Don't know if it will help at all but for me there was a dawn. Sending strength to everybody. Stay safe. xxxx

Welcome to the forums. We are glad to have you hear. Oh fuzzy you think that you are a small group here? Try us Canadians lol. I have met lots of UK peeps and only know of one other fellow canuck.

No matter where we are from though we all still care about each other.
