I am so irritated with myself... I have had such a nice day but I just feel so awful... I don't know what is wrong with me! I should be happy but I'm just not...

It is ok to let yourself be happy. I don't know what it is....I sometimes think I don't deserve to be happy so I just keep myself down or from feeling good. I am learning though that it is all right we do deserve to be happy! I am glad you had a good day. It does feel good doesn't it?

Sometimes I have such a good time that it takes all my energy away and allows depression to settle back in.

Also, sometimes i think it is the fact that the fun is over and it's kind of a let down.

Hopefully, you will feel better soon.
