I don't know why I keep trying. Well actually it will end at some point and I'll be manic or at baseline, but regardless this horrible depression will always come back.

It is a very seasonal cyclical thing for me. (not SAD) I have learned to just ride them out. I am ok with that, the problem is others expect me to be functional when I am not able to be. Thats what gets me the most. The shame of not being able to live up to what are considered the "normal" expectations.

Anxiety Disorder with some paranoid delusions thrown in for fun.
Recovering Alcoholic and Addict
Possibly on low end of bi polar spectrum...trying to decide.

Male, 50

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back

Hi glok, Thank you and yes I'm receiving treatment for Schizoaffective Disorder Bipolar Type which includes episodes of depression and mania. Hopefully I can get my meds adjusted soon.
