I am so unbearably lonely these days. No physical contact, no love, romance, few deep rich friendships. Everything is just on the surface, nothing goes deep enough to take my pain away. I miss the person I thought I loved the most. I keep wanting just to have someone who can't live without me, like in the movies. I want someone who wants me. But I just push them away and hide behind my walls.

Oh my friend I am like that most days sometimes even having a loved one close doesn't give you what you need. On better or really rally days if I can financially . I have learned to be my own romantic per say... Like I will even take butt to the movies by myself, fix myself up just treat me special

I'm sorry you feel this way. I had a romantic relationship end a couple months ago and I find myself still missing this person. I know how it feels to find someone you resonate and deeply connect with. Like cool water on parched lips. Keep reaching out to people.

I can't give you specific advice, because I don't know what your circumstances are, social, financial, geographic, etc., or what your values and interests are. This answer is different for each individual.
One thing I do know, is someone isn't going to conquer loneliness by further isolating themselves or giving up hope. Not unless they are extremely lucky. |
