Just looking at the "My Mood" button and noticed that "Overwhelmed" looks exactly how I would "draw" what I feel like at this time. There's going to be some end to this depression ~ I'm typing that because I need the constant reminder that even this depression is transitory; I wasn't always depressed, therefore I won't be depressed forever. Thanks for letting me vent.

Yes! Moods come and moods go, for better or worse. I think this is a very important reminder to ourselves when in the throes of a depression, because otherwise depression lies to us, and tries to convince us that it won't get better.

Thanks chromegirl. Depression is certainly a crafty liar because I really feel like this depression is going to with me, in its present form or worse, forever. I appreciate the support, because I feel like I'm treading water in the middle of an endless sea.

Thanks...I am holding on to hope...hope for a pleasant resolution to this; a resolution that does not harm anyone...I hope that you feel better soon, too.
