the 'crap of life' is made (usually) by humans - go away from them then. invest in binoculars and look to the sky ; invest in a microscope and look upon a drop of water from a pond ; gee, invest in a magnifying glass and look at a lot of things - bugs and plants and circuit boards. turn around and invest in your loved ones. tell your depression to take a hike - then - take a hike! go to a tree, any tree, and say thank you. run for no reason. put a cherry in your belly button and ask your loved one to pick it out w/ his/her teeth. take a stick to the beach and write your plans in the sand - and watch the waves wash them away. don't let little crap - and humans - get you down. the savior in you is YOU!!! no one else. {take care}
