I must say that the idea of having to "cope" with this for the rest of my life is a horrible one...So I hold onto the hope of recovery even if .... grrrrrrrrrrr

Wishing peace and strength to all survivors of the depression demon (we're still here and that shows incredible strength

I do believe that those of us who have battled depression our whole lives are indeed very strong. Or for whatever length of time.

Anxiety Disorder with some paranoid delusions thrown in for fun.
Recovering Alcoholic and Addict
Possibly on low end of bi polar spectrum...trying to decide.

Male, 50

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back

We're not just survivors we are fighters too. Meds and therapy take the edge off the depression but crawling out of depression inch by inch, that's down to us, it's hard work but we can all get there if we can find the strength to fight.
