I read a few articles that said Omega 3 can really help with depression. Has anyone tried it?

Yes! I have been on it years...Omega 3 Fish Oil...plus...it has MANY other benefits!

I bought some krill oil capsules the other day. Dr. Oz said that it's a great form of Omega 3.

I hope it helps with my depression. I sure could use some.
