Please wish me luck today. I'm taking a big leap and calling a psychiatrist group where you don't need a referral from a PCP. I'm scared and excited. I'll let you know what happens.

Last night was the first night I slept well in about a week. I'm beginning to eat better. I know my issues are geared around perfectionism and everyone, including myself, put me on a pedestal. If I mess up, like I did at work last week, I become depressed and then I start thinking about the worst case scenario even when it may be something minor that can be fixed.
Hugs from:
Little Jay
Thanks for this!

It went well. Looks likes mild anxiety and maybe a minor level of depression but I meet with someone on Friday and a psychiatrist on Sept. 3rd. ADHD May factor into this too, but not sure. At least I took a leap of faith to see what could possibly affecting me.
