is it only me who is experiencing quickly alternating depression symptoms?
that's sort of odd.

I've been through the majority of possible symptoms but never all at the same time. lately change happens quickly. before the phases extended over weeks. now I'm switching mostly between agitated and flat, sometimes lasting only for half a day.
what is happening?

Hmm I suggest you contact your pdoc about this! It could be any number of things. Has something happened recently that could be causing these changes?

Have been feeling a little better during the last two weeks because I radically reduced stress. but now (external) things started again and every little thing affects me strongly and bursts my fragile mood instantly. there have been a lot more ups and downs recently. don't know if that's good or bad.

I get that a lot lately. It never used to be that way but in recent years the nature of it has changed a lot.
