Got back from the Army about a year and a half ago, before i left I was motivated to do about everything; schoolwork, working out, ect.. Now I just don't want to do it. I try to do it and I just give up. I want to do this stuff like school work and working out but I just don't get motivated to do it. Since I have been back I have also been feeling aches and pains a lot more to where I dont feel like doing anything. Sometime I go through crying spells; watching tv, thinking,ect.. Just will start crying for no reason. It's getting on my nerves and I want to move on. Help please.

It sounds like a textbook description of the monster depression.

Is this possibly service related? Check with the VA and see if you can get help there.

Or, maybe better, anywhere else you have mental health coverage.

If this is your first time visit with the demon, don't despair. It is a difficult monster, but its visits can be cut short with help from a professional. You are off to an excellent start with your apparently keen insight.

Good advice. You may be depressed or have PTSD. Go get some help from a professional. Wouldn't hurt to go get a physical if you haven't had one in over a year also.

Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
