My therapist and my parents have been insisting on me doing intensive outpatient DBT program. I was wondering if anyone has done that before and if it's helpful for relief from symptoms of depression. I ordered a workbook about it yesterday, hope it will give me some better ways to cope when symptoms flare up.

Hello, fineday1. I used a workbook and found it helpful. It is important to do everything asked of you.

I wish you well.
