I want to make this as short and sweet as I can.

I don't think I've getting good treatment. I've had a suicide attempt in 2008 which put me in the hospital. I began taking antidepressants, Celexa, Lamictal, and Welbutrin.

I was on them for six years, with differing dosage amounts. Last month I had a depression breakdown and ended up in the hospital again. I was given Seroquel and took that about a week or so, because the doctor I met up with after my hospital stay just has me on Latuda now.

So I've been thrown around and put on different medications without even the right take allowing them to work.

I've started really looking into vitamins and nutrients. Now I'm on a new 'Ultimate Man' multivitamin and 'Dopa Bean' supplement aimed at increasing dopamine.

I'm opening this thread if any of you have luck with specific vitamins and minerals or even specific diets and where to find them.

I'm still taking 20mg of Latuda. Also, is there any kind of doctor online or anything I can talk to. I feel I'm just getting worse and it's getting a lot harder.

Thank you all and good luck with your issues,
Brian

I've tried taking fish oil (omega-3) before. It could have been just a coincidence, but I did feel my mood lifting after about 3 weeks. It gave me acne though, so I stopped.
