I just moved to a new state, and I am waiting for my insurance to catch up so I can see a doc and get referrals for a pdoc and counselor. I am watching my medication stash shrink. It is no where near dangerous levels, I made sure to get a 3 month script but knowing that does not help the anxiety.
I am not getting much sleep and I am stressing. I am trying to do the things that help me relax, read, write, yoga, running, puzzles... but it is not helping. I have been getting better and I feel like I am backsliding. I am healthy, athletic, smart: and I just feel fat ugly, lazy and stupid. |

Change is always difficult. Transition phase is bound to cause a lot of anxiety for us.
