I have been a member since March, but never really posted anything. I lurk a lot, and get a lot of useful information from this site. I don't post because I never feel my issues are really that serious. But tonight I feel really sad and lonely. No real reason, just my usual depression.

Hey wildflower, post as much as you want. In addition to sections dealing with mental illness there's a music/book/tv/movie section, a general chat section, a game section, and there's tons of social groups you can join to talk to people with common interests and/or common problems. There's lots of stuff to do here, and don't feel like what you're posting about isn't serious enough

It's ok to post even if it's not that serious. There's always someone off worse than you so just go for it if you want support!

Hi wildflower, good to meet you, and good that you're getting some useful information on here.
But as for posting about your issues on here.......well there's absolutely no competition as to when something's serious enough to post or not. If something matters to you, it matters!! So feel free to talk to us about it
And well done on putting up this thread, hope to be hearing more from you
Alison
Thanks for this!

It doesn't need to be "that serious" for you to post and seek help. We all need pick me ups and reassurance. I'm glad you posted.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
