I had therapy this morning. It is taking some getting used to going to work after therapy since used to have it after work. So all day at work I was trying not to think about it, pretty unsuccessfully. But now the session is starting to hit me hard. This was only my 4th time with this new T so a lot of history is getting stirred up. I am so irritable I just want to punch something and my stomach has been in knots all day and now I am nauseous.

I just wish there was an easier way.

Your T doesn't sound very supportive.

No my T is fine and I am getting a little more comfortable with her. I am not even sure what exactly triggered me but it sucks. Luckily I see her again tomorrow.

I know what you mean, sometimes my mind is going 300 mph after a session.
