I'm scared of what I can do, of what I want to do, of what I'm capable of doing.

I would suggest going to the ER or equivalent clinic. We have an inpatient mental hospital here that you can go directly to and check in. Do you have one where you live? Take good care of you. I know what it's like to be scared of yourself, and really hope you get to a safe place where you don't have to be scared anymore.

Same here actually, try to stay safe I guess...but I get the feeling. Pretty sure if I was to tell anyone all the things I have been thinking lately I'd be in a psych ward or something so yeah.
