Because you have an inner resilience? Depression is a battle. It uses direct attacks but it also has a very good ministry of propaganda that tries to make you think resistance is futile. Resistance isn't futile. It's also very good at psychological warfare. Makes you think everything is, was, and always will be bad.
Thanks for this!

Somewhere deep down there is hope. Hope for things to get better. And yes, you are very much needed, loved, and wanted here. I know you always had kind words for me on my darkest days.

It's hard to stay, I know. But you are definitely cared for here, I for one appreciate your kind hugs and words for me when I've been at that black place There's a light out there, that light is what keeps us going.

There is something strong inside you. Something driving you on. Something that refuses to give up. You are here for a reason. Find it.
