What do you do? Going someplace safe or anything (hospital etc) isn't an option.
I don't know what to do but I need an out.
If nothing else is killing me suffocating is.
I'm ready to do something to change but I don't know what.

Raa....vent....sorry....

Call someone, anyone. Any family or friend that you can talk to even if it's not about that. Just talk to distract you for a while.

Is there anything fun for you? I saw someone on another thread mention shopping. Well I've been doing that. I haven't spent a ton. But it's nice to go to some of these nice shops and look at suits and shoes and what not. Even internet shopping for something. Get on Amazon and dream about things you'd like to order.

Hope you start feeling better.

Think back to time when you were happy and make that your goal to work towards. Get out amoungst nature and reflect, it will help that feeling pass and give back some hope

First and foremost: reach out to someone. Anyone. Anyone. The silence is lethal.
Cry. Don't hold it in.
Can you go outside? Go for a run? Intense exercise really does help some.

I know how you feel though. I broke down a few days ago and went for a drive. But please be careful if you're driving in a crisis. I almost crashed three times cause I couldn't see from crying and I was angry.

you will make it to the other side, my friend.
