To be honest, it's been a while since I've ever recognized I'm depressed or had little acknowledgement of feeling depressed. So I don't know why I am now, I was feeling fine just a few minutes ago and now I'm feeling sad for no reason and out of the blue.

i think it happens to most of us. For instance when im feeling depressed for no reason at all its usually because i lack human or family interaction ....being on internet most of the time makes me feel depressed .
And some ppl feel depressed because they feel spiritually lacking...
