Write and delete.... complete.
A lot is going on. and I just need to relax and accept my situation. Accept that I'm perfect, yet not perfect. Accept that I choose a topic that is potentially triggering, but I can handle it. I have a great team behind me. I can do this...

I've been sleeping in, and it hasn't helped my studies. I need to pass them. with a C or better. and it's stressing me out.

I can do this.. I just have to spend more time studying in the days leading up to my tests.

Any ideas on how to get out of bed and not ignore the alarm.????

Put ur phone on the other side of your room and use a nice cup of tea as an incentive to start studying... That works for me
Thanks for this!

Puzzclar,
Are you getting enough sleep?
Is the sleep you are getting restorative sleep?

Alarm is normally set for 7-9 hours. and sometimes after it goes back, I fall back asleep. (sometimes it's 4-6 hours later that I actually get up.)
Not sure if it is restorative.
Thanks for this!
