I'm not really sure I understand this website and the posting requirements. Various activities require varying numbers of postings. Do they really have to add to the frustration in my life? For crying out loud!

If you are a new member I believe your first five posts have to be approved by a moderator. Then you are good to go. Not sure of any other restrictions. None that I have run into.

Hi Hopelessinaustin, I'm sorry you're struggling with the rules/formatting. It's always taken me a while to get used to different formats and all the stuff that goes along with them, and I'm sure I'm not the only one!!. But please don't let it put you off hanging around, it is a great site and it does get so much easier as you get used to things and we're here to help if you need any.
But tell you what, why don't you check out this link for the set-up: Forums at Psych Central - FAQ/Help And if you want to tell us a bit about the other things that are causing you frustration in your life, right here, right now, or when you're ready, then maybe we can offer you some understanding and support with some of them. My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
