So tired of suffering. I don't want to do anything. Can't even listen to music or watch tv. Just want to lay in bed and never wake up.

It's a way of reaching out, talking about issues, and some times replies do not come as fast as we want, and at that point there others out there that we can reach out to help us.

Besides that, have you tried to exercise? Even if you don't want to, do it anyway, it does help. There are other things that you can try, but again it takes will and getting yourself out of bed.

I"m glad to see you posting, even when things are as they are.
