Have you tried doing dreamwork in therapy? You can write them in a journal and save them for therapy. journaling is a good way to unload, and dreamwork helps you understand what your unconscious is trying to tell you.

Have you recently started any new medications? A new medication of mine gave me strange and frightening dreams at first till I got used to the med. Are you suffering depression in general, or are the bad dreams upsetting you? Different things to consider. There is also a forum here for dream interpretation. Love and hugs to you.

If you write it down when you just wake up, it will be most vividso you can bring it to your therapist. You talk about how you felt in the dream, and what you think it meant. Its very free associative.
